A strong sense of place should prevail when all things are done, one that suggests not only a prestigious home for the people that chose to live there, but a destination. The succession of beautifully crafted spaces, including a vast botanical garden and terraces full of life, present a flawless composition of forms, movement--movimiento es vida--textures and colours that stirs the senses. At the same time, the extended dimensions of the project and incomparable views are a resounding testament to vision and ambition, and a supreme accolade for those who have built their own legends into an enduring legacy.

We Seek to Raise Additional Capital via Project Finance or Syndicated Loan
USD $1 Billion Non-Recourse Loan
We express interest in a Non-Recourse Loan for a duration of 20 years where a certain number of “x" hectares of land within the project is collateralised, and our Special Purpose Company (SPC) pays back the annual interest to Investors or Lenders and the initial capital, on maturity.
We also require a 3-year grace-period during the land reclamation process and civil works.
On our SPC’s payment method and ability to pay, we would do this by leasing/selling prime land to Fortune 500 multinational companies located within regional South East Asia such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong, the locators we invite to the 55-Hectare Financial District within the 400-Hectare project, as well as the Integrated Resort and Gaming facility among other big ticket revenue streams from the project.
We trust this to be a highly lucrative project and we seek a bold, solid and committed financial partner who share our view in “build em' and they’ll come."
